On this week's show the series host, crime expert and best selling author M. William Phelps. He's been called the nation's leading authority on the mind of the murderer. Along with criminal profiler John Kelly and an incarcerated serial killer known on as "13", they investigate unsolved murder cases. Already the show has generated new leads to bring justice to killers who remain free.
